Laura Devany, 45, died on January 21, 2016. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State University followed by a Master's Degree in Mass Communication from ASU. Laura served in public relations positions at several places, including the Maricopa County Environmental Service Department, the Phoenix City Council, the Alliance for School Choice, the Arizona Majority in the State Senate, First Things First, and ASU. She had just begun a job at Touchstone Behavioral Health as Marketing and Communications Specialist. Laura is survived by her parents, a brother and three nephews.
