Keith Allen Jacobson, 68, passed away on August 13, 2012. A daughter preceded him in death in 2007. He is survived by his wife Karen, two daughters, a brother and seven grandchildren. Keith received his bachelor's degree from ASU in 1966 and went on to earn two Master's degrees. While an undergraduate at ASU, he was the student director of the men's intramural program. When the job grew to a full time position, he became ASU's Director of Intramural Sports in 1968. He continued to work at ASU for 35 years, retiring in 2003. He was the driving force in the design and the building of the ASU Student Recreation Center where he became the assistant Director in 1988.
