Kathryn Ann "Kate" Lowe

Kathryn Ann (Kate) Lowe, 90, passed away on October 18, 2013. Kathryn is survived by two children, three grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and other relatives. She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. John W. Lowe, and two children. Kate attended LaCrosse State Teachers College in Wisconsin, and then ASU. She taught at Coronado High School in Scottsdale for many years. Kate and John originally came to Arizona when John was stationed at Luke Field during WWII and were married in Phoenix. After John completed his Doctorate degree they returned to make Tempe their home in 1956 where John taught at Arizona State Teachers College (now ASU). Their first home upon return to Arizona was in Victory Village on ASU campus where Gammage Auditorium now sits. Internment at East Resthaven Park, 4310 E Southern Ave. Phoenix 85042.
