Julie Ann McNulty

Julie Ann McNulty, 57, passed away on March 30, 2016. In 1980, she graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor Degree in Nursing Science. After working as a nurse in Boston, Mass., for three years, she moved to Alaska in 1985. For more than 30 years, Julie worked as a nurse in Anchorage, Alaska, most of that time at the Alaska Native Medical Center. In 2002, she graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with a Master Degree in Nursing and Health Care Administration. In 2013, she graduated from Oregon Health and Science University with a Doctorate of Philosophy in Nursing Science. She was an Associate Professor Nursing & Health Innovation Research at ASU until she passed away. In addition to her husband, Kirk, and a daughter, she is survived by her mother, a sister, two brothers and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father.
