Joyce Gooding, 67, passed away on January 2, 2008. Joyce married Elmer Gooding in 1962 and they moved ro Arizona in 1967. She earned a BA degree from ASU and an MA from NAU. Joyce taught elementary school for 5 years at Gethsemane Lutheran School and 21 years at Nevitt Elementary School in Tempe. Joyce is survived by hr husband, Elmer; two daughters, two sons-in-law, six grandchildren.
