Jane D. Minnier, 86, passed away on December 26, 2013. She is survived by a sister, a daughter and a son. Jane was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Frank Minnier, in 2011. Jane graduated from Keuka College in 1947 and did her graduate work at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. She had a very successful career as a financial aids administrator at SUNY Plattsburgh and at ASU.
