Harry Schoolitz

Harry Schoolitz, 76, passed away on Dec. 26, 2009. Harry received his bachelor degree from Slippery Rock University in 1956. He served in the U.S. Army from 1956 through 1959. He graduated from Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1961. In 1963 Harry moved to Scottsdale, Arizona & joined the legal community. His experience spans 44 years as a trial attorney & judge, faculty member of the National Judicial College, instructor at ASU, and speaker at judge & lawyer conferences nationally. In 1991 Harry auditioned & was accepted into the American Academy of theater & Arts in Pasadena, California. His wife of 32 years, Phyllis, and mother of his two children passed away that year. Harry continued his schooling & graduated in 1993. Over the years he developed an extensive compilation of accomplishments spanning theater, film, radio, television, public speaking, & teaching. Harry was a volunteer on-air talent for Sun Sounds Reading Radio Service which serves print disabled listeners and he became part of the executive board. In 1998 Harry married Diane. He is survived by his wife Diane, two children, seven grandchildren children, a sister and four step children.
