Gwendolyn Joyce (Lee) Stowe, 69, died January 7, 2010. (Just received obituary July 19, 2017.) Gwen graduated from the University of Illinois. She was the Assistant Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at ASU. She retired in 2007. Her husband, Noel Stowe, was Associate Dean of the Graduate College and chaired the History Department at ASU. He passed away in 2008. Gwen is survived by a brother, a nephew and a niece. She is preceded in death by her husband, Noel, an infant daughter and a son.
