Dr. ElBadawy ElSharawy passed away in late October, 2016. He was Professor Emeritus of electrical and computer engineering at ASU and also taught at Ummul Qura University in Makkahal-Mukarramah. Dr. ElBadawy is survived by his wife, a sister and three daughters.
