Dorothy Rissman, 74, passed away August 23, 2018. Dorothy received a Bachelor's Degree from Wichita State University where she also did graduate studies. She spent most of her life as a professional artist. She has been represented by galleries in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Santa Fe, San Francisco, Portland, Denver and Seattle. Her collectors include: Emprise Bank, Bezos Family Foundation, Neimen Marcus, Phoenix Art Museum, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, ASU Nelson Fine Arts Center, Westin Hotels, Hyatt Regency Hotel, Swedish Hospital, The Breast Cancer Center (Phoenix), Nordstrom, AT&T Corporation, and Arizona Foundation for Blind Children. Dorothy is survived by her husband Benton Peugh, her son, two sisters and two step children.
