DonnaKaye Wollam, 79, passed away March 24, 2015. She graduated with her BA in French from University of Montana, and then taught French in Chateauroux, France. She graduated with her MA in French from University of Washington, and then taught French and English at Three Tree Point in the Seattle area. She and her husband, Owen, moved to Tempe in 1962 when he took a professorship at ASU. DonnaKaye was active in ASU Faculty Wives and served as President of the association in 1972-1973. She was a supervisor with the US Census, Registrar with ASU, and taught French at ASU. DonnaKaye was preceded in death by her husband, Owen, who died on March 8, 2015. She is survived by a sister and two sons. A memorial will be held on Friday, March 27, 2015, at 2pm in Skirm Auditorium at Friendship Village, 2645 E. Southern Ave., Tempe, AZ. (Source: Arizona Republic)
