Donald B. Thompson, 59, passed away on December 18, 2016. He graduated from Kennesaw College in Georgia and from the University of Illinois with a PhD. He was a Professor at ASU and Research Scientist at the National Institute of Health. He is survived by his mother and a sister. He was preceded in death by his father.
