Betty Buck Phillips, 89, passed away on July 9, 2016. She and her husband moved to Scottsdale in 1965. She was employed many years at ASU, retiring in 1988. Betty is survived by a son, a daughter and a grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger, in 2013.
