Aslaug Burawa
Volunteer fundraiser for KAET

Aslaug (Adda) Burawa, 92, died on December 23, 2018. Adda took many courses in art history at Prince George's Community College in Maryland. After moving to Arizona in 1990, she served as a docent at the ASU Art Museum for ten years. As a life-long learner, Adda also supported public television and was a volunteer fundraiser for KAET in Tempe, Arizona. Adda is survived by a son and granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Burawa, and six brothers. A private committal service will take place in Iceland.
