Office Hours are Reduced During the Pandemic

Our Office Volunteers

Front desk staff work a weekly 3-hour shift in the ASURA office. They answer the phone, process mail, maintain computerized records, and generally help anyone who needs to contact the ASURA. The Office Coordinator assists with recruitment of office staff, trains the staff, collects and distributes mail (including any checks received), records event registrations, and arranges for service to office equipment.

If you would like to volunteer to cover a shift or two, or to be a stand-by substitute, please contact one of the Office Staff Coordinators, Nancy Lesko or Linda Van Scoy.

The Business Manager handles all purchasing, mailing and other business transactions for the Association, and also maintains the membership database. The Technology Manager is responsible for the technology that the association uses.

Support for office computers is provided by the University Technology Office. Support is obtained by submitting a service request (must log in with ASURITE ID to submit a request).
