Office Staff

Front Desk staff work a weekly 3-hour shift in the ASURA office. They answer the phone, process mail, maintain computerized records, and generally help anyone who needs to contact the ASURA. The Office Coordinator assists with recruitment of office staff, trains the staff, collects and distributes mail (including any checks received), records event registrations, and arranges for service to office equipment.

The Business Manager handles all purchasing, mailing and other business transactions for the Association, and also maintains the Membership database and the ASURA e-mail distribution lists. Technology Support staff help the Office Staff, Board members, and Committee members use the technology tools they need for their ASURA responsibilities. They also install and support equipment in the ASURA offices.
