China May 2010 - Dates and Deadlines

These are the key dates involved in preparing for the trip to China. Exact costs are not set at the moment.  Airlines do not set their group fares until approximately 6 months in advance but estimates are very close.  We will be able to get group rates on all fees, tariffs and insurance. Some of these dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances, but not without weeks of advance notice.
